Tereza specializes in information technology law, where she focuses not only on software contracts, but also on regulation matters. She also focuses on e-commerce, in particular on drafting and reviewing terms and conditions and related documentation. She also focuses on personal data protection and contract law.
She joined ROWAN LEGAL in 2023 after her previous experience in another law firm specializing in IT/IP law, data protection and commercial law. In her previous practice, in addition to the aforementioned areas, she also focused on corporate law.
Tereza graduated from the Faculty of Law of University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, where she obtained her Master’s degree.
