Miloš Olík (Partner at ROWAN LEGAL) and Michal Čáp (Senior Associate at ROWAN LEGAL) have been listed in an independent publication Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration – Future Leaders 2019, based on a survey among clients and lawyers around the globe. The ranking is co-published by Global Arbitration Review (GAR). They are the only ones ranked in the Czech Republic – Miloš Olík on the partners list and Michal Čáp on the non-partners list. Michal Čáp has been received this prestigious honor for third time in a row (2017 – 2019).

Miloš Olík leads a dispute resolution practice at ROWAN LEGAL and is very active as an arbitrator and mediator. He was appointed to the Executive Committee of the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the world-renowned organization of leading experts in arbitration and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in May 2018. He has been also elected to serve as the Chairman of the ICC Czech Republic as the first lawyer ever for the next term from 1. 1. 2019.

Michal Čáp is a member of a dispute resolution practice at ROWAN LEGAL.  Michal has been appointed to the Committee of the European Branch of CIArb and has been elected by the Committee as the Vice-Chair of the CIArb European Branch.
