David Fyrbach takes part in teams representing governments and business organisations in investment disputes and international commercial arbitration proceedings. In the past, he was involved in a complex project of a German automobile holding company on IT outsourcing, a project of a foreign bank on credit restructuring and a project on setting up guarantee and credit funds.
