Specialisation:

The head of the Banking and Finance specialisation of ROWAN LEGAL, Martin Šubrt is additionally interested in procedural law in international commercial arbitration and investment disputes.

Prior to joining ROWAN LEGAL, Martin Šubrt worked at well-known global institutions such as ABN AMRO BANK and RBS in London where he worked mainly on syndicate funding, securitisation, and financial derivate projects. At present, he leads teams involved in projects on banking transactions and international arbitration.
