Petr Žídek specialises in public-private partnership (PPP) projects, public tenders and ICT law with an additional interest in European law and legal support to complex technology projects.

Petr Žídek has taken part in a number of PPP projects and provided legal consultancy services to contracting authorities and applicants within significant public tenders. Within ICT law, he has taken part in providing legal support to projects on delivering complex information systems in the public and private sectors (banking information systems) and drafting template contractual documentation for a leading ICT service provider.

Petr Žídek has led teams involved in complex technology projects on transport safety, transport telematics and construction of photovoltaic plants. Specialising in public support, internal market and funding from the EU structural funds within European law, Petr Žídek has taken part in representing the Member States in cases resolved in the European Commission. Petr Žídek is the author and co-author of a number of professional articles on public-private partnership, telecommunication law and law of international trade.
