Branislav Ujvári specialises in ICT law (delivery of information systems and IT services) and public tenders.

Having acquired experienced in his previous employment with the utility company Slovenské elektrárne at the position of the head of internal legal department, Branislav Ujvári has taken part in a number of projects on subcontracting arrangements for complex IT projects on delivering systems in the private and public sector. A member of the working group at the Slovak Ministry of Culture, he has taken an active part in amending the Copyright Act.

Branislav Ujvári is the author and co-author of a number of articles on copyright information technology and e-communication, and an active participant in professional seminars and conferences such as System Integration 2009 (Myjava).
