Simona Stahovcová specialises in pharmaceutical law, procedural law, labour law, media law and law of business transactions.

Taking part in teams representing clients in international commercial arbitration proceedings and investment disputes, Simona Stahovcová represents clients in disputes over the protection of personal rights and/or company reputation and in commercial disputes in general courts and arbitration proceedings. In the past, she was involved in a major merger on the ICT market in the Slovak Republic.

Simona Stahovcová is the author of a number of articles and publications on media law, international arbitration and law of business organisations.
