after crossing the Daugava River keep right and take the right side of the river bank towards the port, turn right at the traffic lights at the place where the main road is crossed by the tram way and turn right again at the next traffic lights (after app. 100 m) into the Kronvalda bulvaris Street (the office is located at the turn of the tram No.7 Ausekla)
