Representation of Applicants

 

ROWAN LEGAL’s support to applicants includes:

• ad hoc consultations when processing the applicant’s bid with respect to a public order;
• providing partial legal opinions on tender documentation;
• complex consideration of tender documentation on a public order in terms of the applicant’s risks;
• providing legal and formal requisites of an applicant’s bid, including preparing or revising the respective contracts;
• checking the accuracy of an applicant’s bid with respect to a public order; and
• representing the applicant in all procedures, including proceedings before regulatory authorities.

The aim of the office is to analyse the applicant’s risks connected with the tender documentation and to provide the applicants with legal support in a manner that their bids perfectly succeed in all phases of the public contract award procedure.
