JUDr. Ing. Miloš Olík, LLM

Miloš Olík is the Managing Partner responsible for the financial management of the firm and is also the head of ROWAN LEGAL’s International Arbitration practice. He specialises in Investment Disputes, International Commercial Arbitration and various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has considerable experience in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Swedish Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the Arbitration Court Attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, the Arbitration Court of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and under ad hoc rules, including the UNCITRAL Rules. He has led teams representing government interests in investment disputes and representing multinational corporations in international commercial arbitration proceedings.

Miloš likes reading good books and enjoys good food and drink. He likes to spend holidays with his family by the sea.
