David Fyrbach specialises in International Commercial Arbitration and Investment Disputes, Company Law, Banking and Finance Law, Business Transactions and EU Structural Funds.

David is involved in teams representing governments and business organisations in Investment Disputes and International Commercial Arbitration proceedings. In the past, he was involved in a complex IT outsourcing project for a German automobile holding company, a credit restructuring project for a foreign bank and a project setting up guarantee and credit funds.

David is unmarried, has a girlfriend, and largely spends his leisure time in south Bohemia playing sports.

What is the most demanding aspect of my job?

Not having enough hours in the day and finding time for self-education, which I think is the most important pillar of qualitative growth in the firm.
