Mgr. Jiří Harnach

Specialising in Public Procurement Law, Jiří Harnach provides legal advisory in all of ROWAN LEGAL’s practice areas. He has been working as a secretary of Public Procurement Appeal Committee in the Office for the Protection of Competition since 2001 and as a director of legal department since 2009.

Jiří is unmarried, actively engaged in music, theatre and observation tourism.
