The head of the Banking and Finance practice at ROWAN LEGAL, Martin Šubrt is additionally involved in International Commercial Arbitration and Investment Disputes.

Prior to joining ROWAN LEGAL, Martin Šubrt worked at well-known global institutions such as ABN AMRO BANK and The Royal Bank of Scotland in London, where he worked mainly on syndicate funding, securitizations, and financial derivative projects. At present, he leads teams involved in banking transaction projects and international arbitration.

Martin comes from Znojmo and is big fan of Moravian wines.
