JUDr. Jiří Zeman

Jiří Zeman is a senior partner with ROWAN LEGAL and a leading specialist in Procedural Law, Copyright Protection and ICT law, with an additional interest in corporate litigation and personal injury litigation. Jiří Zeman has been involved in advocacy since the 1970s. During his career, he has represented hundreds of clients in national and international disputes arising from business and other obligations, and has participated in the representation of business organisations and governments in international commercial arbitration proceedings and investment disputes. He is the author of a number of template contracts and agreements, especially relating to Information Technology, which has been adopted by renowned national and international companies.
