JUDr. Martin Janoušek

Martin Janoušek specialises in Business Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Real Estate Law. Interested in Public Procurement projects, he additionally focuses on public tenders and the implementation of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. He has extensive experience in working on transaction projects such as the sale of real property projects or the major merger of IT companies in the Czech Republic, as well as creating joint ventures for the development of energy resources and representing clients in international arbitration courts under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC). Martin Janoušek is the co-author of the Commentary on the Law on Public Procurement / Zákon o veřejných zakázkách (Wolters Kluwer, 2011).

Martin is interested in art, architecture and literature. He tries to travel once a year to some unusual destination. He has visited Afghanistan, Nepal and Haiti.
