Josef Donát is a leading specialist in the area of ICT law and Public Procurement. Interested in Intellectual Property, he additionally focuses on the issues of copyright and domain protection. Working on comprehensive IT outsourcing and information system delivery projects, Josef Donát has led teams involved in complex subcontracting arrangements for a project relating to the outsourcing of data connectivity for an air carrier, as well as major IT infrastructure projects and application outsourcing in the Czech Republic. Josef Donát is the author of several articles on ICT and the co-author of the publication "Fundamentals of Software Law" (Wolters Kluwer, 2011). He is also an active conference contributor.
