Zbyněk Loebl specialises in the field of Internet Law as well as in the legal aspects of ICT and Technology Projects. An expert in on-line dispute resolution, Zbyněk focuses also on legal issues relating to the protection of privacy and on-line security, on-line financial services, on-line gambling, on-line gaming, etc. He has extensive experience which he has gained from his involvement in a number of large internet law projects. Zbynek is a panelist of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva for the resolution of domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and is a panelist of the Arbitration Court Attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic both for disputes related to .eu domain names and in standard arbitration proceedings.

Zbyněk is married and spends almost all of his leisure time with his family.
