JUDr. Jan Strelička

Jan Strelička specialises in Energy Law, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, Public Procurement and legal aspects of Business Transactions. Jan has taken part in a number of significant projects such as subcontracting arrangements for a quasi-concession PPP project, the largest merger of IT companies in the Czech Republic in the year 2008 and provided advice with respect to the sale of IT technology and related rights to a foreign business entity.

Jan is married with a little daughter and son. He plays squash and badminton, and is a fan of the Kometa Brno hockey team.
