Ľudovít Mičinský V provides legal consultancy in the field of Public Procurement and Business Transactions with an additional interest in resolving investment disputes at both a national and international level. Ľudovít has taken part in the initial phases of a number of investment projects and has represented clients in international commercial disputes (under the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC) and many others). In the field of Public Procurement and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, he was involved in the establishment of the Slovak Public-Private Partnership association, Asociácia PPP.
Ľudo is a social person with diverse interests, who likes to see the results of his work.
