Representation of the client, the Capital City of Prague, in a number of disputes (11) arising from the Opencard project – e.g. disputes over alleged copyright infringement and the provision of maintenance IT solutions and in disputes over the payment of damages. In total, the disputes amounted to hundreds of millions of CZK.
